Shahid Saleem was polite, professional and accommodating but not pushy. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He made my car buying experience a pleasure and I will definitely return to Bloomfield BMW for future car purchases.
I have dealt with 4 BMW dealerships in NJ but continue to go back to this dealership because of there exceptional service both by sales and service. Shahid our sales person for my last two cars is by far the best salesperson i have ever had for cars. I highly recommend him for going out of the way. To give you an example he helped us on his day off by coming to work and staying till 9pm until all our paperwork was done.

Our experience with the dealership was wonderful...we purchased a new car at the end of the year and had no issues at all even though it can be a busy time of year. everyone was super friendly and made sure we were happy throughout the entire process. I didnt need to shop around because they made me feel confident i was getting the best deal around. i'll definitely purchase another car from these guys.
This was the best buying experience I have ever had.
