What an awesome experience I had at Bloomfield BMW! customer service is definitely number 1. Mohamed Fahmi and Kurt Thomas went out of their way to make me feel extremely comfortable and left the dealership more than happy.

Shahid was great and very helpful. He was very patient and learned what I wanted and did not try to force on me anything I did not feel comfortable with.
Kalesa made purchasing a car for our son easy. We knew what we wanted and she was more than helpful to assist us in that task. Mr. Goldberg took the time to sit withus and talk with us too. We knew we made the right choice both in the car we chose and the dealership we found. Steve Tabakov was thorough in his explanation to us concerning the warranty, lemon law and other important info that we never heard before in another purchase at another dealership. My experience with this dealership was a positive one. I was a returning customer and it only got better the second time. My salesman, Jack Gomes, was tremendous in every aspect. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a true pleasure to deal with. He defines the meaning of what a good salesman is supposed to be.
