Key reaons to be impressed: knowledgeable about BMW product/features, respectful of my time and privacy, upfront communication regarding price, friendly and continued follow-up after sale. Surprisingly these things are not common across dealerships and associates. Alaa proved to be excellent at what he does, will definitely visit again for future cars and highly recommend to friends and others.

Working with Bloomfield BMW was very easy. I saw a great price advertised online, called to confirm it, and kept asking if it was real when I got there. Turns out it was real and it was the price I paid. And no one tried to upsell me or change the terms. That alone was worth it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Jack had everything prepared before I even arrived so the process went as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Last month we got BMW X3 and experience at BMW of Bloomfield was really great. Shahid Saleem treated us really well and discussed various cars in detail to best suite our need. He was very patient and almost spent entire day with us discussing various options. Shahid was very attentive and detail oriented. We also had great experience with business manager and he went through various options while buying car. Once we got car Shahid discussed all functionality. Overall experience at BMW of Bloomfield was awesome.
I bought a 2008 BMW X3 pre-owned about a month ago. I had a few things that I was not particularly happy about soon after the purchase, I reached out to the dealership and they did everything possible to make sure I was fully satisfied. I was impressed at the level of professionalism in which this was handled and Michael Monteleone (General Sales Manager) was extremely helpful throughout. I highly recommend this dealer and would go back again.
