"Amazing staff and extremely friendly" BMW Of Bloomfield was amazing they have a wide array of vehichles to choose from, and their staff was extremely helpful in helping me find the right car. The environment is very comfortable along with an excellent staff that tended to every need!
"Serviced " Great and efficient service center. Gina was especially helpful and made sure I made it out quickly so as to not miss my appointment in work.
"Polite and courteous " The service is good but some work is a bit overpriced. However, they arranged for me to use one of their courtesy cars - very nice.
"Fast Efficient Service" I thought BMW Bloomfield did a great job servicing my X5. Ahron (service advisor) gave me a estimated waiting time and beat it by almost 45 minutes! He did a great job. Not sure if I'm asking too much, but the only negative to my whole experience there was not getting my car washed. Hope they build that car wash soon.

"Excellent service " BMW of Bloomfield is a great place. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. Everyone is very friendly. In particular, Jess; he is amazing. He will work with you and make sure that you are happy every step of the way. I would highly recommend this place.
"First oil change at bmw " When driving up to the service center I got my self ready for 3 hour visit. I asked the service employee how long would it take I was told 1 hour. To my surprise it only took 1 hour and 15 min which went by pretty fast considering there was plenty of snacks drinks and a tv in the waiting area to keep me busy.
"Great Service " Carlos and David both provided outstanding customer service. They were both thorough and gave me up to date information and showed that they actually cared and went the extra mile to ensure I received the absolute best customer service.
