Kelly Garvin was a pleasure to work with. It is rare to meet as personable a salesman and he made the transaction easy. He was knowledgeable and a great sport when I suggested a test route outside of the norm. Having interests in common was a bonus. Great experience!

We were very impressed with the degree of professionalism. Volkan was not only knowledgeable but a pleasure to work with. Glen was very helpful at explaining how my car worked! Very good experience starting with Sales. David Baylis was informative and polite. No high pressure sales pitch, just plenty of information to make an educated decision. Purchased a CPO 428i xdrive coupe. Originally not available, but became available and we received a phone call. The whole purchase process and review of the car and how to properly operate it went very smoothly. Signing papers and reviewing final options was a breeze. Recommend BMW of Bridgeport to all.

We are so pleased with the excellent experience we just had leasing our first ever BMW. Vinnie Ruocco helped us with understanding the whole process and was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the product and financing options. This was my SECOND and the BEST car buying experience I've had. I did not expect to walk out of the dealership purchasing a new car but I am sure glad I did. Vinny is hands down, the best sales employee I have dealt with. My first car buying experience was family and I felt more welcomed and valued when dealing with Vinny. It is nice to come look at cars and feel welcomed instead of pressured and the BMW team makes sure your needs are meet.
