I had a wonderful experience all around with my new purchase. I was glad to see excellent customer service to match the greatness of the cars.
From the phone conversations to the introduction of my sales rep, the BMW experience is what I would expect it to be. I very assertive yet warm welcome from many at the dealership. We follow the traditional gifts for anniversaries, 5 Years says wood as such. So I surprised my wife with the wood grain inside of her CPO 328i xdrive sport wagon. Ramon Felix was outstanding and the transaction was quick and easy. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered by Ramon. Anthony Dominucus explained and demonstrated many of the features of the X3 making sure I felt comfortable with the operation of those features. Mike Liberatore made the finance side of the transaction very easy as well, full explaining all of the associated paperwork involved in the lease process. I could not be happier with my new car and the service I received.
Kelly Garvin was a pleasure to work with in purchasing our BMW. He was relatable, patient, and prompt with follow up. Coming to this dealership was the best choice I made in purchasing a new vehicle. Usually I come prepared to have to negotiate hard after being low-balled on the value of my current car that I am trading in. I was pleasantly surprised to be given a good first time offer on my trade-in. Vinny made what usually is a very difficult and painstaking process into an easy and very satisfying experience.
