The service we received from Kelly Garvin, Victoria Warner, and Chris Pollitt was amazing. My experience at BMW of Bridgeport was excellent. The customer service from everyone there, especially the salesman, Vincent Ruocco was great. They were welcoming and attentive to my needs, did not rush me, made me feel comfortable in my decision and showed me all of the options available to me with my purchase without being pushy. Great time buying a car at BMW of Bridgeport. Sales person (Kelly Garvin) was knowledgeable and very professional. The dealership accommodated my ever changing schedule and the pick up experience was top notch - they made me feel like a rock star. Had a great experience with Kelly Garvin and the others on the team. Everyone pitched in to help me understand the car as I was making a decision. Ultimately I needed an SUV that had great performance, was not too large and bulky...but also had the optional 3rd row. After trying out a number of options the X5 was the best bet and the team at Bridgeport BMW delivered a great product.

Unfortunately my beloved 535 met with its demise unexpectedly and I was forced into needing a replacement. Bernard (my long-time awesome service adviser) introduced me to Vinny who proved to be every bit the partner in the search process as you could ever hope for. Long story (and search) short, even though I ended up in an "off-brand" vehicle, the professionalism and excellence of every team member did not waver. I was looking for a 330ix on relatively short notice as a utility truck had just crashed into mine and totaled it. When I started looking around I spoke to Kelly as well as folks at other dealerships (not just BMW) and he made the process super easy. He was prompt in tracking down information, was ready when I arrived to look at and drive the car, and he even dropped it at my house as I was traveling upon delivery. Very pleased with how quickly the transaction was handled . I came in to trade in my 3 series during lunch and buy a 2017 x5. The team was able detail my new vehicle transfer plates, insurance, registration and I was able to drive my new car home following work at the end of the day .
