This was our first sales experience with BMW of Bridgeport and working with Ramon Felix was the best! He listened to our concerns (with much patience) since we were undecided on which model was best for us, this being our 2nd BMW.... and he delivered in every way! Ramon was very genuine, no pressure, just wanted to make sure we were informed and happy with our decision..and we were! The service department continues to provide exceptional customer service...and it's consistent, which is important to us!

This is my first BMW that I have purchased. I have always been a Saab person and obviously needed a new automobile company. I am so happy I chose BMW of Bridgeport. It was a little bumpy with my first Salesman, Vincent Ruocco who I would not recommend to anyone as he was quite rude, but after speaking with management they definitely corrected that issue and treated me incredible. This is the second BMW I have purchased that came from BMW of Bridgeport and their service is second to none. Their salesmen/women are very courteous, professional and with no high pressure with Mr. Ramon Felix being the "Best" I have ever dealt with, simply "Outstanding". Great experience as a first time car buyer! Vinnie made the process painless and helped every step of the way. The car I initially had come to see sold earlier in the morning.
