Jason Merced, has gone above and beyond what I ever expected of a car dealer. His attention to detail, being readily available at all hours to answers any questions or concerns I may have had, and as this was my first car purchase, he lead me through the financing process and really went out of his way to make this a truly exceptional experience. I was so pleased with his customer service, and expertise, I even referred my own mother, who in turn, also purchased a new car from him.

Almost one year into my third BMW from BMW of Bridgeport and I wanted to acknowledge the professional, knowledgable and friendly advisor, Jason Merced. There are few class acts like him around especially once you have driven off the lot. I strongly recommend asking for his assistance especially to other female drivers because he doesn't talk down to us.
