This was my first time which I bought a car over the Internet. Kurt Kressu sure made it easy for me. Kurt is very patient and calm even when he hears a not reasonable offer. He makes you feel that you are buying a car from your friend. He is not pushy at all and that is why I like about him most. He is professional. The other people that I meet in the dealership were nice as well. I know if I want to buy a car I will contact him even that I live 70 miles away.
I recently purchased a BMW 328i x drive and I am in love. I was nervous, confused and unsure of what type of car Ito get. Jason Merced took the time to explain everything about BMWs. As he said, "You are not buying a car, you are buying the ultimate driving machine". And boy was he right. I would recommend BMW of Bridgeport to all my family and friends. I am a detail oriented person, and I imagine that I probably test the patience of most car salespeople. Our salesman at BMW of Bridgeport, Robert Batman, seriously his name, was so patient, very understanding and made the experience as effortless as possible. We currently have another BMW, and had already ascertained that BMW of Bridgeport was our preferred dealer for service. So the choice of dealer had been made, but we were lucky to find "Batman"! My car is totally awesome too!
