Matt helped me back in July 2013 with my first BMW purchase (2011 328i xdrive) - Very friendly and knowledgeable. I called in the dealership to see if they had the car i was looking for. Matt returned my call and I was on my way to Connecticut from NJ. I came into the dealership with the car that I wanted to look at already waiting for me. Kurt has been very patient, attentive and open to our needs from the start. After several test drives, we were able to narrow down the perfect model for us and got a great deal to top it off. Jason G was our sales guy, a pleasure to deal with. Bought a 2007 335i and drove the car home the same day (today). We were treated very well by everyone in the dealership. Matt D was good at explaining the many technical details.of this car. Highly recommended dealership.

I came in the dealership having researched which model I was interested in but was teetering with the purchase of a vehicle. I was initially apprehensive of the entire car buying experience (from past experiences) but pleasantly surprised with Kurt's friendliness, knowledge and customer service. Kurt understood and listened to my wants and needs and located a car for me to test drive.He wasn't overbearing or pushy. He also made the paper work painless and easy. Two thumbs up!

Volkan is a great salesperson and very easy to work with. He sincerely takes interest in you and is willing to go the extra mile make sure you are completely satisfied. He is very knowledge on the product, no pressure, and listens. I would consider myself a very particle buyer and Volkan meet all of my expectations. I have been to many dealerships and met many salespeople and must say Volkan and BMW of Bridgeport are by far the BEST! I would highly recommend them and will return in the future .

I have purchased 4 cars in the last 2 years from Bridgeport BMW.. My salesperson for 2 of the purchases was David Baylis. If you would like a very professional purchase experience, of a new or used BMW, you need not test your luck anywhere else.. David Baylis and the entire staff at Bridgeport BMW are top-notch. (They know their cars and their customers) I shopped at several dealerships in CT prior to my experience at Bridgeport BMW.. Let's just say it was armature hour compared to Bridgeport BMW..

Even though I live about half an hour away from this dealership I don't mind driving all the way there because of the excellent care they give to customers and the reasonable prices. I went to the bmw dealership in Watertown because its only 5 min away from my house and they told me that an oil change would cost me 173 $ so I didn't leave my car there and scheduled an appointmentet with the one in Bridgeport and I only paid 65 $ These people are amazing, one of the rare places that offers great customer service
