I have been a customer of BMW of Bridgeport since 2008 and this past month picked up a 2013 BMW 328xi. I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to acknowledge one of the main reasons I continue with the Bridgeport location, my Sales Advisor, Jason Merced. I believe him to be an exceptional employee. Jason's professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and genuine friendliness does not go unnoticed nor unappreciated. Jason was awesome!! I walked in as a 24 year old who was serious about buying a car and Jason took me seriously. He was upfront and did not seem to try to pull any fast ones like you would see with a used car dealership. We both negotiated to a fair price where both parties were happy. Over all he was outstanding and defintley made it a great experience.

Staff is really helpful. I always have a great experience buying a car from Jason Merced. He is very knowledgeable about all the BMW products. I have purchased multiple cars from Jason. I will defiantly go back to Jason (BMW of Bridgeport) to buy cars in future. If you want to spend your hard earned money, this is the right place.

I love my new 328i xdrive!! This car is Fantastic. The Dealership from start to finish by far beats all other dealerships. Everyone was great! in at 10am and left by 12:30 with a brand new car. It was the best experience I have ever gotten at a car dealership before. I will be back in 36 months to upgrade! Thanks Jason!!!!

Ernie was a wonderful salesman. He was to-the-point, polite, and worked with me to get the car delivered in 24 hours. I literally called on a Wednesday and by Thursday was driving the new car home. He took time to go get the car from off the lot (Ridgefield), and had it ready for me to look at. I would certainly recommend him.

This was our 2nd BMW purchase and first with Bridgeport. Ernie was extremely helpful in guiding us thru the timeline and our options. He was responsive and transparent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends/family. Great dealership and great salesman.

Jason Merced is the best salesperson I've ever met. He will make sure that the history of car is according to your standard. As a college student, I dont wanna take home a car which is abused before, Jason makes sure I get the product which is worth my money. He is very friendly and always offers the best possible option to overcome situation that may arise. Highly recommended.
