"All good in the service department, every time" Been coming here for years - first class operation with great customer-oriented service that is year after year refining and streamlining processes to make it easier and more convenient to get in and out fast--and my experience is they get the service/repair job done well.
"Oil change service" I was very pleased with my experience at BMW of Bridgeport. From their scheduling process to the end. They were so kind to not only drop me off at work but they also picked me up. While I waited I noticed that the premises where very clean. They had courtesy drinks and snacks. The staff where all very pleasant. What I loved as well was that BMW diagnosed the engine light and explained it to me and didn’t charge me for that like other dealers do! "Accomodating and helpful" This is a bmw dealer, so prices will be as you can expect. Service is very good because of the high caliber customer service people who deal with you. From the moment you arrive to when you leave, they truly listen to your concern and will get you on your way. My concern was minor and I watched another customer get the news on his fender bender and that was done in just as professional a way as you can imagine.
