"Fantastic, reliable experience buying a pre-owned car" Ramon was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He helped me determine which car I wanted to purchase. "Volkan Is The Best" My husband personally went to two other Connecticut BMW dealerships, and we also discussed a deal online and over the phone with a dealership in Maine. We called Volkan with the best deal we had negotiated, and he beat it without batting an eye. Because the exact car my husband wanted was not to be found anywhere in the Northeast, Volkan ordered it. "Maintenance" From the moment you drive up to the service garage you are treated as you are the only customer there. The process is very expedient, everyone is very knowledgeable and courteous. The wait is short, communication is excellent. Today was the first time I used the shuttle and even that was a pleasure. Your service is exceptional!

"Caring staff and expert service" BMW Bridgeport’s team are super nice and value the customer relationship. Their service team is excellent and they do great work. The only downside is service isn’t open on Saturdays.

"Flawless" Our sales person Kade was great. The vehicle I wanted to see wasn’t on the lot but he got me in a similar vehicle to see if the way the vehicle handled was what I wanted for my next car. He arranged for the vehicle to come to my house so I can see and determine if I wanted to buy it. I live an hour away and would recommend any to buy their next BMW from BMW of Bridgeport.
