I could not have been happier with my experience at Sandy Sansing BMW. They make the whole process of purchasing a vehicle easy. Barry, my salesperson, helped me find the vehicle that was perfect for my family and I. Neil made the financing process quick and easy. Everyone in the service department was friendly when I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at a Sandy Sansing dealership!

I wasn't been able to deal with the sales staff, so I purchased elsewhere. However I do use the service department and have been satisfied.

Outstanding service! From out of town and went in with nail in tire. Back out within an hour. No cost and very friendly. The service mgr recommended a nearby seafood restaurant and that was great too.

While searching for a BMW for wife...we were informed by a neighbor in our Panama City Beach neighborhood, to go see TOMMY HOLAND @ Sansing BMW... We were NOT disappointed... Tommy is a true gentleman, a professional and a real person who knows how to connect with people and accommodate their BMW needs... Tommy exemplified what a professional is supposed to be... very impressed and happy. We will most definitely refer others from PCB and return as long as he is still there... OUTSTANDING to say the least

Rafael was my service adviser- he was very helpful and apologetic because service took longer than expected- he even offered to pay for my deductible! I wouldn't allow him to do that but was surprised as the dedication to his work and the pride he takes in the BMW brand- Sandy Sansing in my experiences has been leaps and bounds above any other brand I've ever dealt with

I liked the service in the beginning. Marvin oliver was great. But I had a loaner car till all the paperwork was completed but decided to take the loaner car instead. Before paperwork could be finished the check engine light and trac-off lights came on Notified Mr. Oliver. I asked for it to be taken care of at the signing and he stated "Noted" now i find out it's the EVAP canister and told they can't help. So I just bought a car that is giving off gas fumes. Our experience with Sandy Sansing BMW was incredible! Tommy Holland was our salesman and he was so helpful and courteous. He located a vehicle that included everything we were looking for in the exact price range we specified. The management was friendly and helpful as well. Randy Johnson helped us so much with our lease return. Even the General Manager came out and congratulated us on our purchase. My wife had a water pump die (apparently common in 335is with more than 70,000 miles) Friday afternoon while visiting from out of town. By 2 p.m. the next day, they had diagnosed the problem, replaced the water pump under warranty, and, at my request, replace the thermostat at our expense. They picked up my wife, gratis, at the Enterprise rental location at the Pensacola airport where she returned the rental for the day (despite the persistent advertising to the contrary, Enterprise will NOT pick you up).
