I not happy with the rental service The only problem I had was with the loner car, the service is not what Braman is used to be. I have to wait over an hour to get my loner car. Also if you have a BMW I think you should get one or similar,

True Service I went to have my car serviced and needed tires, Ben Ferrer assisted us and was so polite, friendly and respectful. His customer service skills are impeccable. I will recommend Braman to everyone I know!! In addition we we spoke to Jay Foster to inquire about purchasing a car and he was so helpful. His manners and respectfulness was a breath of fresh air!! It was a pleasure doing business with him. Very happy with Braman on Biscayne!!!
Battery issue fixed Fernando was excellent and my vehicle was ready before the promised time. Vehicle was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. All work done under warranty.
