They have comfortable seats in the waiting area and offer coffee and cold drinks for the customers comfort. The oil change was done in less time than quoted. Great service.

Dropped my car off the night before and it was ready bright and early next morning, Service covered everything I knew I needed and a zillion more.

The battery in my 2018, BMW X3 was dead, and because of some current medical issues, getting the vehicle to the dealership and back home would have been quite difficult: without my asking, the service manager volunteered to pick up my vehicle fix the problem and return the vehicle to me and all of this was done at no cost to me. This gesture is an example of the finest customer care imaginable, a simple thank you cannot convey my appreciation completely.
