"Amazing service" We all learn that service after the sale can vary wildly. My annual service appointment was just plain amazing. Due to Covid 19, my car was picked up, serviced, and returned to me disinfected. I received a complete list of service done and recommendations. My only disappointment is that there aren’t more than fives stars with which to rate this great experience and stellar company.
"Satisfied" Good Customer Service (Jake and Janie?) were personable and (Janie or Jenny) really went out of her way to help me get my vehicle in for recall notices on the airbag. Really appreciate the effort.
"Quick Service " I reached out to this dealership for the first time to fix my daughter's X3. They got her car in right away, diagnosed the problem, which was what I had thought it would be based on my own research, and had her car fixed within 24 hours. We were also able to get 2 recall notice items fixed during this visit as well.
