"Every time I have been to this dealership they have..." Every time I have been to this dealership they have honored any discounts I’ve received from my previous dealerships emails, and have always charged a ‘fair’ and ‘lower’ price than anticipated. Very friendly staff; with honesty and attention integrity; never seeking to do work that isn’t necessary.

"Fast, Friendly, and Fair" Car needed an air bag replacement due to recall and was provided with an appointment time that was timely and convenient. The work was done within a few hours and I didn't have to leave the vehicle overnight. Staff was friendly and good at keeping me informed. They even performed an additional recall order that I was unaware of. Will definitely call them first for any future repairs.

"Disappointed in not honoring CPO from Peterson Nampa store" While I do appreciate Rafeal Cuevas's 15% discount on my recent repair work, IMO it fell considerably short of what I understood I was getting when I purchased my 335XI on 8-14-19 and currently having logged only approx 4000 miles on the car. A fairer agreement would have been 50% considering all things involved (too many to mention here). "air bag recall, w/loaner" set appt @ 10am, was accepted/entered into system timely. loaner was perfectly acceptable. got a call after the work was done. turned in the loaner and picked up the car in only a few minutes. good experience.

"I’m a total car guy (I’ve bought more than 15 new luxury..." I’m a total car guy (I’ve bought more than 15 new luxury cars over the years). I just purchased a new BMW from Peterson. 10++ experience!! Sales team of Sam Whipple and Jim Lombardo are as sincerely enthusiastic about BMW products as they are technically knowledgeable. Importantly, both are genuinely nice guys to work with. Bottom line: exemplary team; outstanding deal! I can’t wait to do it all again with “my team” for my next car.

"Happy with service..." Recently moved to the area and I made my service appt. online and noticed that they offered an option to have my car picked up rather than me driving it in for the service. I had to call to ask if that was an extra charge, to my surprised it was not. Nice that they went the extra mile due to the Covid 19 situation, and my car was returned to me the same day. "treated like we had just bought a new vehicle" We had a great experience with the guys in the parts and service department. We recently purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from another dealership and came in to purchase a few parts including an extra key and Kenny in the parts department treated me like I was a long time customer.
