"Great people and great service!!" I originally went in for a “check engine lighr. They fixed that Immediately. I needed to make a future appointment for a couple of recalls. Everyone in the customer service area was very congenial and although I didn’t meet any of the service people, the jobs were done I’m good order. And, I had a nice clean car when I picked it up!!
"BMW service " They got my car in and performed everything I needed in a timely matter. Great service at a reasonable price. Ryan and Kenneth were friendly and helpful.

"Replaced Rear Brakes on 2006 X3 and matched lower price " Ryan McCalla with Peterson BMW exceeded my expectations by accepting a competitor's lower price on after-market parts at a significant savings and I would highly recommend them.
"Repair" Too my x5 in to have the water pump looked at. After 6 days of no contact from dealership I contacted them and reached a manager. He told me they were waiting on warranty and would be in touch. After 13 days and I called back I finally got my car back. If I had known it would be clone to 2 weeks I would have requested a rental car. Car runs great but the communication was lacking.
"My X1 service was superb! " Service was great. Car wash was behind, so that’s the only thing that wasn’t done. Ryan was my service rep.,very nice and professional. Waiting area was very comfortable, very friendly atmosphere.
"Excellent service. " The service was beyond reproach. I am always impressed with the caliber of employees Peterson Motor. Bmw is a bit pricy. $324.00 for a key to an X5 seems a bit much.
"Recall Service - Fast and done well!" I have an older (2008) X5 that required a recall visit - dealer made quick appointment, completed job and then did full inspection on vehicle (no charge) as well as a nice wash before I picked it up! Ryan was very helpful in writing up the service and Nick is an awesome tech. I recommend them highly! Steve Cleere Nampa
"Recall items fixed" This was my first time taking our BMW X5 to Peterson Motor BMW service. I found the attention to my schedule and convenience to be exceptional. I always got a person on the phone and prompt answers to my questions. I would totally recommend taking your BMW to them.
