"Exceptional staff and service!" I brought my son's 08 328i in for recalls and to be perfectly honest I was expecting to be treated poorly due to the year of the car (such was my experience at Northwest BMW Fife WA) but to my unexpected surprise, all the staff from service to sales were exceptional! "Great service, great attitudes" The BMW crew goes out of their way to make your service as painless as possible. They are very courteous about everything. They meet you at the door and expedite your service and/or request. They are usually very accurate on their time estimations.
"Engine light came on during holiday trip. " Tonya’s sterling customer service was greatly appreciated. She is enjoyable, knowledgeable and goes out of her way. Great asset to your service department/dealership.

"Great Customer Service" The customer service, as well as the work that was done on my vehicle, was excellent. All the employees I saw were courteous. I have no concerns or complaints.

"Recalls" Had three recalls on my recently purchased BMW X3. Peterson scheduled me within a week and took care of all three recalls with no problems. Did not leave with a long list of recommended service also--that was a plus! Tonya took good care of me.
"Recall Service" A very pleasant experience--I waited for the service to be done (a few recalled items), and the atmosphere in the waiting area was friendly and energetic. Ryan, my service rep, kept me informed about the status of the work, and was quick to get me on the road once it was complete. Auto service is unavoidably inconvenient, but if all service centers were like this one we would all be much happier auto owners.
