"Excellent Service" We had an appointment (on a Saturday) that was honored on time. The work to be performed was explained clearly by Ryan. We come from out of town for the service. The loaner car was virtually new and fun to experience. The recalls were completed and the inspection conducted. Our car was ready when promised. No up selling or other non-essential services performed. We will be back when the next service is due.
"3 recalls completed on our X5" Very courteous and professional. They took care off all 3 recalls in one day. Excellent job! We have purchased items from the parts department with the same kind of excellent service.

"Service....." I took my BMW X5 in for a rattle. They found it, repaired it, and washed my car. They did all of this very quickly and were extremely polite!
"Pleasant experience." Advisors are always professional. Can't give the dealership 5 stars due to lack of loaner cars. I have been a BMW owner for 17 years, leasing new models every 3 years. This is the first dealership I have experience in 3 states that getting a loaner can be an issue. Took my car in for annual service and to fix my sunroof. ""Great experience with the Service Department"" Had an engine warning indicator appear in my 2015 X5 ,the day after I drove to Idaho from California for a visit. Called Peterson BMW and they took me in for service right away! Ryan McCalla was very helpful and friendly and even got me a shuttle back to where I was staying. (additional thanks to shuttle driver Bob Campbell too!) Fixed issue (spark plug and ignition coil) and had my X5 back, same day. Thank you!

Several months ago I was in Boise with my daughter and we stopped to look at a 540I. I was treated so well by Allen Boho, there was no pressure just information and great customer service.
