Scheduled service was carried out on time and with a smile. Included a car wash plus thorough sweeping and other cleanup. I had a few questions and the service manager had in-depth knowledge to answer them, but in a very understandable manner. Very pleasant experience.

I looked for ride flat tires on Tirerack quoted 500 for 4 new tires Bridgestone. Why so different in cost I would like the dealership to do it but can't afford it?
My X5 had a leaking coolant expansion tank. I also requested an oil service. Coolant tank was replaced and oil service was completed and the vehicle was ready for pick up when I arrived.
Checking in was fast without needing to wait with loaner provided so I can get in to work without delay. Service was done around time I was expecting and received call from SA at time I was expecting. Upon arrival to pickup car, inspection results and work done was explained clearly. The dealership got me in late in the day for to scan check engine light. I live out of area and am not in the City very often. They fixed my car that afternoon plus did some recall work. It was great.
