Peterson completed minor service items on two cars in one day. Work was done promptly allowing me to get back to work on other projects.
I am very happy with Peterson. I took my BMW in to fix some scratches and missing paint on the front bumper. While I was there I asked if they could help coordinate the annual tune up that is required. They made the whole process very easy and my car looks great! I am a picky person and looked very diligently to be sure the seams and color was perfectly matched. Thank you so much!
I needed to have several warranty and recall items completed. Peterson BMW was able to take my car early and complete all the work and return when promised. All the work was completed under warranty so no charge to me. BMW stands behind their vehicles and I love my X5. Peterson even washed my car, I nice surprise when I picked up the vehicle
I recently purchased a new BMW from the Eugene, OR dealership, (Boise didn't have in stock the model I wanted at the time). A tire valve stem needed replaced and when I brought the car in for service Jake, Karen & the service team went above and beyond providing fast scheduling and turnaround times. They even removed hard water spots on the car that I was unable to remedy with normal cleaning. I walked in and Jake promptly greeted me and helped me take care of my airbag recall on my BMW. The process was simple, fast and easy. They even washed my car for me!
The reason for my visit was to get my 60,000 mile service. Oil, brake flush, please filter and spark plugs.I will definitely be coming back.
