I have always had great service at Peterson BMW. Fortunately I have not had to had to go other than free scheduled maintenance but scheduling was easy, timely and I I'm always treated respectfully.
Excellent experience with the sales associate very processional and friendly. The associate didn't concentrate on who we were or how we looked but in providing the information we needed to make a decision on the purchase of our next vehicle. Like they said don't judge the book by its cover. Thank you Chance and keep up with your friendly attitude no matter who you deal with
Not Surprised that our experience at Peterson Motors BMW was prompt, friendly, and effectively solved the minor issue with our 335 Xi -- coolant needed topped off, we wanted the wipers changed, and the key fobs needed new batteries. We were told all the issues were under the BMW warranty for our vehicle and that no charges were due. Impressive. Thank you Peterson!
It’s been a good experience, there are still unresolved issues due to parts needing to be ordered and fault codes on my car, and it’s been a little frustrating, but I have every confidence that they’ll be taken care of.
We purchased a used BMW i3. WE live in American Falls, so it was a bit of a challenge for us to work with a dealership so far away. We dealt with Lindi on the phone; she was very helpful. Colby was the second person who helped us. Both Lindy and Colby were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. They were both extremely considerate of Neil's allergies to perfumes, glues, etc. Colby brought all of the paperwork out to the car so Neil would not have to go in the building. Not only was I able to schedule my service the night before, the service itself was fast and efficient and the hand wash plus vacuum were well done too! As an added bonus, my new service rep turned out to be an old service rep from my former address, so we were able to catch up and rekindle our love of cars.
Excellent customer service. Lovely car, used but in good condition. People friendly willing to help their customers. The car came a little bit more expensive for me, but it’s the best so far I drove.
