Thorough. Prompt. Superb communication throughout the process. Courteous and friendly. While it was not a "take everything apart and put it all back together with a bunch of new parts" service, it was essential that the service was done correctly. I like that all the car's systems are checked when I have it in for service. I like the proactive approach - it beats the heck out of a broken down car in the dark of night miles from anywhere inhabited by humans, and beyond cell service.
I had a great experience. I was given a lot of time and excellent sales and finance and guidance on my new car! Sorry would recommend all the three listed below to my friends.

Jake in service is a real pro. I had the opportunity to buy a used X5 from another dealer, but it had a clicking sound from the engine. That dealer was willing to discount the price enough to have me check it out to see if I wanted it "as-is". Well I called Jake at Peterson on a Saturday and he was willing to do an inspection, even though they were busy. We brought in our X5 for it’s annual service and to get the snow tires on the winter. As usual all was done in a.very timely manner and we got our car back clean and with all work done.
This was our first service on our new car. Oil change and general checkup. We were greeted professionally and courteously at the appointed time. The service was conducted within the time frame we were told. The vehicle was returned to us freshly washed, even the floor mats. As this service was free of charge I won’t rate price below unless I can’t exit the form without such.
Called the dealership and wanted to schedule a time to look at a few cars. Wendy got an appointment scheduled right away. Arrived at the dealership and was met by Jeremiah. He showed us the vehicles we wanted to see. He was super knowledgeable about BMWs and very personable and made us feel relaxed and comfortable right away. Well, we ended up purchasing a vehicle and would definitely recommend Jeremiah!
