Al Herbst is hands down the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He didn't pressure us at all, got us a great price, and was an all around good guy. We actually left another BMW dealership because we didn't like the sales guy as much as we liked Al. If you want a BMW, go see Al at Center BMW!

Al was so easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about BMW's and very helpful. Al has great people skills and very respectful! The entire process was very quick. I recommend Al to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a BMW.

Definitely recommend Al. This was so easy. It helps to have a sales representative that's passionate about what he does and sells - it shows ! Excellent follow up, respectful, no pressure and the finance rep was also kind and accommodating. As a business man traveling and on the run, it's important to work with people who get it.. Life's short, work hard, have fun be good to all!!

I have purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2012 BMW X5 xdrive35D from Center BMW three weeks ago. I had come into your dealership to get my car serviced and noone was helping me. A gentleman by the name of Ron Puri had come up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I specifically came in just to get some service work done, and he walked me up to a service employee to take care of my vehicle. I am in the market for another BMW and I will be discussing options with Ron in the near future.

I had come in to look around for a BMW for my son and Ron Puri had helped me out. He was very professional and patient knowing that I wanted the best car for my son along with the best price. I am still shopping around but it looks like I will most probably be coming back in to see Ron since he was not one of those pushy sleasy salemen that I have unfortunatley run into several times which made me leave those dealerships.

I recently received a custom ordered BMW x3 from Center BMW in Sherman Oaks, CA. The service that I received at Center BMW, and from Al Herbst specifically, was fantastic. Al walked me through their inventory so that we could see all of the options in person and select exactly the vehicle that we wanted. Then he gave me a great price on the custom ordered vehicle. Al Herbst is the guy to go to if you are considering purchasing or leasing a BMW. He made my leasing experience one to remember. I would recommend him to anybody and already have started referring him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and above all professional. The guy knows his stuff. Get your bimmer from him!
