Mr. William Stephens was very helpful and patience through the whole process, he explained every single number and gave me the best deal on my new 4 series. I was treated like family which was very important for me, not like other dealerships that only cared about selling me a car and not truly getting to know what my needs were. My Second BMW 428i This is my second BMW purchase & we felt very comfortable coming back to Bert Smith for my second purchase, I drive past another BMW dealer to come here the inventory is better & we are treated much nicer than other dealer I passed to get here. The staff treated us very well & showroom is very clean. I got a good deal on my new 428i BMW & the wife was very happy.
VW New Model Purchase I admit that I am a difficult customer! Kelly Curtis was an awesome salesperson. I wanted a new model VW Golf TDI Sportwagon with Driver Assist in a certain color. Kelly looked all over the country until he found one and maintained the original quote even though it cost more to get it here. I could not be happier with my car, or the buying experience. This was not my first car purchase from Bert Smith and will not be the last.

2011 BMW 3 Series Purchase I purchased a BMW this weekend from this dealership. I was completely satisfied with the purchase of the car and the customer service I received. The time of the buying process took a few hours, but I understand that weekends are usually busy. I highly recommend Bert Smith. Great experience I have not had prior dealing with Bert Smith VW and was pleasantly surprised by how my husband and I were treated by Dan Ullian, the salesman. He was pleasant, low-keyed, and showed us the several cars we were interested in even though it was a hot day and the cars were located in several areas in the lot.The test drive was helpful as well. After the visit he answered several questions over the phone again which was most helpful.
An A+Sales Experience I enjoyed dealing with Bert Smith BMW regarding the recent purchase of my 2014 328 sedan. My entire experience starting with Dan Brandano was first class. In addition there was absolutely no evidence of high pressure sales tactics. The sales manager and business manager were also very professional and easy to deal with.
