Doctor I had a 30,000 mile service done on my car on 12/20/14. My service representative was Eric. He was friendly and helpful answering all my questions. I had at least four people offer to get me water and coffee. My only concern was waiting two hours and 15 minutes when I was told it would the one and a half hours. It was the end of a day and as I well know things run behind by mornings end
Great Buying Experience John Aslan made our buying experience easy and fun. He took me on a well planned test drive that highlighted all aspects of the BMW750Li. I came in driving an Audi A8L and that test drive sold me on the BMW.

Great First Experience with Bert Smith So i live 1000 miles from Florida, and whilst car shopping for my Mercedes Cla 250, i found the right color,right spec and right price all the way in Florida, i was a bit hesitant to make a deal miles away, but thanks to Mike Ford, he made my transaction less hassle, car was purchased and deliver to my door steo, although i had a few delays with the trucking company
Always great service This is my fourth BMW, my second X5, and I have been a customer of Bert Smith for about 20 years. I do not think I would ever buy a car other than a BMW and would never go anywhere but Bert Smith for service.
