No pressure sales Excellent experience with Bert Smith and sales rep. Rusty Russell !!!!! There was no pressure throughout the entire buying process. I was afforded the opportunity to test drive any vehicle that sparked my interest ! I leased a 2015 328i at a very fair price and everything as promised ! I have been back a few times for assistance with my questions and help understanding computer related functions and Mike(BMW genius) was always available to help and was very understanding !!!!!

Excellent and honest BMW purchase. My trade-in and purchase of a 2012 pre-owned certified 328i convertible was an honest, pleasant and stree-free experience which is hardly heard of. My salesman Gerry Marks was polite and gave me complete information about my new car. He is an excellent and professional salesman.
