Great Service Experience I had been communicating with my service advisor, Matt Sanford, for several weeks concerning the airbag recall on my vehicle. He explained the developing situation very clearly and always called back with new information. This first visit was just to verify that my airbags needed to be replaced, but when I came to pick up my car less than two hours after dropping it off, it had been washed and vacuumed.

Second Porsche and forth Mercedes Within the last two months I bought a 2013 Mercedes ML350 and a 2006 Porsche Carrera S both from Bert Smith. They had the right cars at the right times for my wife and me. A great place to deal with and a great Porsche sevice department. Thane

Great CPO Buying experience Dan is the man! This is the second BMW that Sandy and I purchased from Dan. The process could not have gone any smoother and the car is absolutely impeccable for a certified preowned BMW. Excellent Service: Last Tuesday Jan.27/15 my wife, my daughter and I went o see a car that initially we had seen through the Bert Smith website; upon arrival we were welcomed by the Sales Consultant William Bill Gunnett and from that moment until the last minute we were served excellent with a great service, with clear explanations not only about the vehicle but also about the financing program. BMW 335i Coupe My wife and I went in mid morning and by 1:00 pm we drove out with our vehicle.. Bill was fantastic in guiding and explaining the whole transaction. Traded my out of state SUV, got a fare trade price, new Florida plate, insurance quote from a local insurer, and a guided tour of my new car in no time at all. Wife just loves it! I need to get my own BMW from Bill soon.

Mr H. Keppler I had the pleasure to be served by Fred, a great sales person on what car my need fits best. He took all the time needed, explained everything well, not talking too much, but answering all question to full satisfaction. Delivery and service of the car was very smooth and straight forward which made me a very proud owner of a new Cayenne Porsche Turbo. I can recommend this dealer to everybody and there are no better cars than Porsche anyway - it is my 3rd Porsche.

428i 2014 i just bought a 428i at Bert Smith working with Mr. Daniel. B. I never have to sit there and negotiating on the price. i saw the car in the lot, he print me the price and i told him the price that i want and its done deal.i didn't know buying car at bmw would be this easy at Bert Smith.
