BMW Newport worked hard to get our business and were very customer oriented. There was no high pressure, just polite staff, clean facility and very good values. Our salesman, Nicholas Beekman , was very meticulous in explaining all the features of our car, he even assisted in programming the " I Drive " .
Purchased a 2015 BMW at Newport BMW. I was very reluctant to leave another dealer that I had extensive experience with in the past. What a fantastic experience from start to finish with BMW. Mark Tortolani was clear and responsive from the onset. Rich Anger handled the deal with no hiccups as he deliver a fair price without the unpleasantries of negotiating back and forth which is far too common.
