Mark Tortolani was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and also very enthusiastic about them! We would definitely return to BMW of Newport for our next purchase and would certainly choose to do business with Mark again.
Mark was enthusiastic about the car he was selling and also was realistic with respect to cost and our expectations of that cost. He did his best to make sure the deal was a fair one and when we got home after buying the car we felt that we were driving exactly what we had dreamed about. Our previous BMW lease was about to expire, and we wanted to lease the same car again. Our salesperson Blake Stangohr was so extremely helpful, finding us the car we wanted, dealing with our insurance company, arranging for a transfer of the plates, and in fact leasing the car to us at about the same price as the one previous.
