BMW of Newport made the search for a car as easy as possible. All staff members I encountered were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Blake worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I didn't even have to think twice about. This is a place I know I can call at any time if I need anything for my car and it's nice to know I can trust that.

The dealership is well organized and customer friendly. Mark Tortolani was very easy to work with regarding our purchase of the 2014 BMW 535iX. He answered our questions and if he was not sure he immediately found out. At no time did he try to gloss over anything. We would deal with him again. The other personnel that we were in contact with were clearly professional and reasonable. Rich, the general manager, is clearly a quality individual.

I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. They are very professional, courteous and not pushy at all like some of the other dealerships I worked with in the past.

I recently traded in my 2011 328xi and brought home a new 2014 328xd. I had originally planned on buying the 2011 at lease end but Mark Tortolani pointed out the significant economic benefits of the new diesel-powered 328 and effectively demonstrated its remarkable driving characteristics. My experience at BMW Newport was uncomparable in respect to other local dealers across RI. Mark worked so hard to find the car we wanted to fit our budget. Not to mention how patient and knowledgable he was about everything to do with BMW products. Rich the GM and Bill were also a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend BMW of Newport to my loved ones ( I actually already have ) ! Never again will we go to Inskip !! Thank you so much

They were selling me a BMW 320i but they weren't pushing me.
