Our visits to Park Place Rochester We have gone to Park Place a few times. We get our maintenance (oil change etc )done there. I am a senior citizen and in all my car years have NEVER met such a wonderful group of people whether in sales - maintenance repair or the courtesy van taking us where we need to go. You need to be very proud of this group of people as they are the very best!!!!
Great overall My overall experience was amazing. Every person I had contact with asked me questions and made sure I was getting what I wanted. It is good to know they are not just out to sell you a car like some places. They gave input and options to me so they knew i would be satisfied.
Great Experience If you are tired of pushy lot sales people and high pressure tactics, then you'll like Luther Park Place Motors. I was skeptical at the concept having bought cars at other dealerships in the past. But I was impressed with the transaction start to finish!
