Josh hits it out of the park Josh discovered that our A3 was still under an Audi Care program and most of the service cost was covered!. He also noticed a low rear tire and fixed it.
I traded in my car for a newer car. All of the staff that I interacted with were great and the car was in better condition than other cars that I had looked at. A great vehicle and very pleased.
Very helpful service department Kevin is a great person to work with. He is knowledgeable and quite capable of explaining complex issues to a novice. He worked with my difficult schedule and got my car back when needed. I will be back and have recommended him and Park Place Motors service to friends.
Vehicle status check Kevin is responsive to my inquiries I might have, keeps me informed and the bill is always fairly computed. Shuttle service is timely. Drivers professional and safe.
Routine service Service completed quickly with little wait time. Service people very knowledgeable and professional. Service people exceptional, especially when I brought my vehicle in prior to this appointment because an indicator light came on - Mac Miller adjusted tire pressure with no wait time, as it was the tire indicator light that came on.

Respite for the weary travelers I was on the road when my 3-series came due for its 20k service and even though my "home dealership" was a thousand miles away and really the place my scheduled maintenance should be performed, this oil change couldn't wait. Luther Park Place Auto fit me in no problem, did the work necessary, and had me out the door in very short order. A very clean, efficient, and professional organization. Five Stars
