Sable I brought my Sable in because there was a leak in the sunroof area. They found that the drains were partially plugged and promptly took care of the problem. When I went in to retrieve my car I asked the man behind the counter what I could do about the watermark on the headliner. Nagging Noise Under the Hood I'm dedicated to taking my 2011 Lincoln MKZ to your establishment for servicing. While I understand the situation, I was a little frustrated about a noise I heard at home but wasn't noticeable when I took my car in for review. Service department assured me they had this documented so that should this condition reappear (after auto off warranty) they will work with me. I appreciated the service personnel's prompt follow up call to discuss this situation with me.
Great Service means a new car purchase! HZ has been taking care of my MKZ for the day I purchased it and the service has always been great. If it not continue at the same rate that it has and slips more than twice, I will purchase my next car from another company that is not Ford. Service is the most important criteria when I purchase our next car.
