Scheduled service appoitment My vehicle was taken for service before the appointment time and was finished twenty minutes before the projected time.
Master Scheduler The staff was very helpful and got me in for an oil change within 15 minutes of calling. They also quoted me on tires, however, the quote did not include the same warrantee that I could get from Belle tire, so I went with Belle tire for their additional warrantee and service after purchase.
Customer service representative Didn't think I'd be able to get in for service on my lunch hour..but they had an opening..and I made it back to work on time.
Brake Repair I had a complete brake job done to my MKZ. The brakes work fine. However, I now have some "clunking" that appears to occur in the brakes (or front end) when the brakes are applied...especially after backing up or shifting from forward to reverse. Any ideas? Thanks, Dave H

Repairs on BMW I felt the service labor on a rear window motor replacement was excessive in that the car sat idle for a good time while in your garage and was worked on maybe an hour and a quarter and got LABOR charges of $270.00 On Saturday we noticed that the passenger seat belt detection device is now NOT working and we never had that problem EVER so I will need to bring the car BACK in for service and I expect that to be reconnected with no charge John Van Horn
Air bag warning after service. Air bag warning symbol was not activating when I came in but it was when I left!
