Great people, Great Dealership This is my third Honda I have leased from Travis. The reasons are to come back are Travis, the excellent treatment received, the great cars, and Dave in the service department. I am always very satisfied when I leave here.
Routine service for my Honda Pilot Express service was indeed "express" - oil change, lube, filter and car wash in less than 1/2 hour, as promised. No appointment needed! Price was competitive, particularly with the $7 off coupon given to be by Ziegler's service representative, from their own web site. Fully satisfied!

Buying a New BMW? Great Dealer Choice! I have been dealing with Harold Zeigler of Kalamazoo for a number of years now and have always found them to be professional, courteous and helpful. Sales personnel do not use pressure tactics and have been very helpful in selecting the best vehicle for my needs. They offer the best options available whether financing or leasing and work with you on which option works best. I would not hesitate to use them again.
All Around Great Experience I had to get a car fast so I went to see the Internet Dept. I told the salesman what I really wanted to buy, what I do for a living, and what do they recommend for me? My first choice was not within my budget so we looked at some Honda's. The process went very quickly, everyone smiling and congratulating me on my purchase. The service I have had done since has always gone very quickly with valet treatment each time. Overall great experience.
