Marshall Fisher I make my appointment the techs are always ready when I arrive and are very professional and take care of my car in a timely manner. I live in Battle Creek but always come to Zeigler because of the service.
Service dept was great on my last visit. If this survey is about my last service experience, it was great. The gentleman that checked me in was very informative and helpful. Service was done in a very timely fashion.
Curts review All service, tire rotations, oil change, car wash is included and I was offered a loaner many times just in case I wanted one. Great service by the dealer!

Zurich touch up Service was fast, less than one hour to dry the car apply the coating and let it dry on a rainy day. Corey was very friendly, helpful, prompt, polite and courteous at check in and with prompt paperwork upon leaving.
Good experience The buying experience was great. The salesman was very knowledgeable with the vehicle that I was interested in and guided me through the purchase phase in a way that gave me confidence in the dealerships reported reputation.
Quick friendly service, thorough, but low pressure In for oil change and recall notice. Quick, despite no appointment. Thorough inspection. Recommended other work which was not pursued due to time constraints, but did not pressure.
Great Experience Stopped in for an oil change with my 2 kids. They had a kids area where they played WII while I checked out an iPad to watch a show. The time flew by! The service team was so welcoming and kept me informed with what they were doing before they did it. Will definitely use this service again!
Mitch from Portage Friendly as soon as I drove up - no appointment and had a quick oil change and tire rotation. Found some other problems and they were quickly taken care of.
