They Damaged my car and will not repair!!!!! I brought my car in for repair of my gas cap. They damage the outside paint. They felt bad and stated I would get a call back with a time and date to take my Jeep to get fixed. Guess what NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!!. I just contacted them to have it fix. The Manager states since been some time that they scratched and ruined the piece by the gas cap. they will not fix. They do not stand by their word to fix or repair what they have broke. Redefining "Service" I could not be any more disappointed in the "service" department. On Sunday, my teen daughter, who was travelling through Michigan, had a car breakdown. State Farm roadside assistance towed the car to the Harold Zeigler shop. For five consecutive days since we have called (without any exaggeration) 3 times a day to inquire about the ETA of the repair. 2015 CRV software check on transmission per recall Took my CRV in for the software update or check regarding transmission. Honda's paperwork said it could take half a day -- Ziegler had it done in approximately 30 minutes.
service experience I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Informed them of my reason for visit. Service staff went into action, got the part and installed it in the time that I had on my lunch hour.

Price is thousands more then what's listed!! The price isn't always what it seems. When I called it is the "lease" price that's listed, not the price you can buy it for. It is $10,000 more to buy it. Don't get your hopes up!!!

Negative experience I had a telephone conversation with salesman Mark regarding a particular car Zeigler had listed on the internet that I was very interested in. He was a fast talker and fit the description of a typical used car salesman. Mark was extremely pushy and cared more about listening to himself talk than give me an opportunity to ask the questions I had about the car.
