"Good first service (oil)." Randy always makes it easy to come in and wait in the pleasant waiting lounge and look around at the BMW auto inventory. Good service and no surprises.
"Couldn't have gone better unless it was free." Joe is always helpful and accommodating. I like dealing with him. Waiting area is comfortable. All work was performed within estimates timeframe. They always offer to wash my car.

"Used BMW" I was pleasantly surprised with the recent buying experience of a used BMW. It has been many years since I last bought a car. This time there was a reasonable fixed price, I was guided toward a car that filled my needs and wants at a better price than I had expected. The company appears honest and genuinely interested in satisfying their customers, not just trying to see how much they can sucker someone into paying.
"seat assessment; input phone" Joe Camarda is the single greatest asset at this dealership. Never lose him. In fact, give him a raise as an incentive and for all his astoundingly great customer service. i'm serious.
"Awesome service with great communication" I have a 1992 E30 that I have been restoring for several years. It developed an electrical issue I couldn't resolve. After talking with the service advisor who promised the job would be assigned to what I like to call the "old gray-haired tech" who would be most likely to have experience with the older models, I decided to give it a try. He identified and made repairs in a very short time.
"Excellent experience " They greeted me by name when I pulled in. They had the car done when they said they would, washed, tires treated, and ready to hit the road. I was very impressed!
