"Good service. " Good service. Asked more than once for an explanation for transmission maintenance notice light and was told that I would be given an answer. Never received the promised response. Couldn’t get an explanation when I picked the car up. Otherwise a good experience.
"Service" I dropped my car off for scheduled service, tire rotation and added inspection. My car was ready on schedule and clean. Randy is very accommodating. The best service department in Lynchburg.
"Personal touch" Service is good and I feel taken care of. Only complaint is price, but I guess that comes with a luxury vehicle.happy overall and will return.
"Great Service" Berglund does a great job servicing my vehicles and Joe’s customer service is exceptional. He good at what he does and the guys always take care on my vehicles when I bring them in for servicing.
"Recall on BMW" I carried my BMW in for a recall and as always was greeted with a smile. Everyone is always so willing to help with anything I need done. I was given a loaner car and got to do my errands for the day and when my car was finished I also got Tiffany to help me fix my settings which I couldnt figure out. I can always depend on anybody there to help me in anyway and do it with a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend Berglund to all my friends.
"Exceptional!" Exceptional service in an outstanding dealership. Joe was amazing from beginning to end. My car was finished earlier than expected. Very happy with my overall experience.
"keys not included " Good-but was disappointed with only one set of keys-when I asked for the other set was told it came with only one set .
"What a find " Originally came here when traveling and my wife had a car breakdown. Came back because I realized I could save a few bucks relative to other Mercedes locations closer to my home. Became a LOYAL customer when I received outstanding service from Joe Camarda. He takes the time to help me understand the repair, and even when I pay more than I expected, am confident that I was well taken care of.
