"Customer-Centered Care" This location really devotes time and attention to quality customer care. Service personnel take time to make clients feel like their needs are very important to them. I highly recommend this service location.
"Light on my car popped up" Dealership was very quick to get the car in for a check. Also helpful with questions about resetting mileage. Very good about explaining the work they did on the car.

"A friendly, non-intimidating experience" Having unexpectedly found myself owning a Mercedes, I was a little leery about going to a Mercedes service department, which I considered a bit out of my league. Never have I met with friendlier or more helpful people. Joe was just the best! And Mike, who shuttled me to substitute teach while the car was being serviced, was so helpful. I know nothing about cars, and Joe explained everything to me in language I could understand. The car is all spiffy looking and runs beautifully.
