"Concerns Put To Rest" My car started to run roughly - for the first time ever. I couldn't help but be concerned and worried about how bad the problem might be. However Randy and his staff in the BMW service department was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. It was not as bad as I had imagined and now my car is running great.
"Recall " Had recall service on iDrive software update. Seems to have fixed the apple play connection issues. Apple play would not stay connected before the update.
"Good experience " Good experience- great attention from all three people with whom I worked. Gave me a good trade in amount and spent time explaining safety options on my new car.

"Good !" I really love my car! But it has a crack in the windshield! They said it was fixed! But it’s right in my view! It is not fixed! The dealer said he would call me back! He has not, but didn’t mind calling me several times before I brought the car!
"Good experience" Would like for parts to be more readily available rather than having to wait for them to come from Germany. Otherwise great experience. Would like a tire that gets more mileage.

"Great service" Easy in and out. Shuttle service is a plus! Quality work. Would always return for service! Always clean and inviting. I would not take my Mercedes any where else
"Oil and lub service with overall multi point check" Prompt, courteous service. Randy answered all my questions and the vehicle was ready in time promised.. so far, I have no reason to consider others.
