"Fast service" I called to see if they could but a battery into my MB. Joe said to bring it over. Left it and went to lunch. Got the battery in and the inspection done and an exterior wash. After lunch picked it up and went on my way.
"Inspectipn" Needed short- notice state inspection- was graciously accommodated, given several options for time, arrived early and served early- even given refreshments and car washed- what could be better? Thank you, will be back!
"Salesmen were helpful and informative " Dealership did not pressure me and were willing to work with me on price. They allowed me to keep the car overnight to evaluate it which was very helpful.
"recall service work" This is the third time I've used them. Worth the 60 mile drive. Have found them to be prompt, professional, and honest. Every estimate of time and cost have been spot on. Treated with tremendous kindness and professionalism.
"good experience" Employees were courteous, car was taken promptly, checked and several items were fixed as well as problem mentioned with keys not working. Waiting room was comfortable. This is an impressive facility and appreciate the washing and vacuuming. It was a good experience.
"It was great as usual!" All work was performed in a professional and timely manner as promised. Vehicle was washed and ready to go. Joe Camada is a great service manager and a really nice guy to work with.
"Always The Best" 18 years and counting with this BMW dealer. Never a problem and always satisfied with their work. The convenience factor is a plus with their loaner program
"Key programmed" Everyone was very thoughtful. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I am bad with names, but I think I worked with the two I mentioned. Beautiful waiting area. It is a nice, clean facility.
"Appointment " Joe C. was considerate and got right back to me. The part has been ordered and an appointment will be scheduled when it arrives. Thanks for the opportunity.
