"REplacement part" Lisa Pritchard met me at the door and rapidly completed paperwork. I spent a reasonable time waiting in a comfortable waiting area with a delicious cup of coffee. The car was returned repaired as requested and washed. A positive experience.
"Bowles Review" Shawn was a great salesman. He was very friendly and energetic. We definitely deal with him again. Shawn was easy to talk to and was very attentive to mine and my husband’s needs and concerns.
"Great service as always!" Joe was waiting for me when I arrived and IMMEDIATELY took my Mercedes back to the technicians for the update and service required. Joe has always been very responsive to our needs for both of our vehicles and always takes care OF THEM!!!
"Service Check" I came in for your regular service and state inspection. The new Volvo service rep was very friendly and she helped me with all my needs. My loaner had not been cleaned. Also, the next day the low tire light came on in my car - all four were low, one almost 15 lbs. Is this not part of the regular service to check pressure?
"GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE " Dave Roberts did a great job, ON HIS DAY OFF, to help us find the right Mercedes Benz for us and stay within our budget!!! Management was very helpful also and we thank Brian for going out of his way to put us in a NEW MERCEDES!!!

"Treated like an important customer" I always get treated so nicely here . And in addition to working on my car , they gave it a wash that was unbelievable — especially since I had such a dirty car after the pollen and bugs of the season— it looked like new . I can tell that you love my car, as much as I do. Thank you!!
"Helpful friendly staff" Very easy to set up appointment for service. Clean, open, airy facilities. I had flat on my run-flat tire and I was able to quickly order a replacement tire and get it installed. Several other services were performed along with tire replacement (40K mile services) and Randy Mills insured all were performed to suit my schedule. Very professional.
"Vehicle Maintenance " The service department is very professional. I never feel pressured to have additional work performed and I can count on things being done right the first time. Whether it’s a small or large repair, I always feel valued and welcomed.
