"Flat tire on highway while out of town" While headed to Lynchburg to visit family, I experienced a flat tire with run flat tires. Happened towards closing time and they stayed on the phone with us and made sure that we were able to be towed to the dealership even though it was after hours. The following morning they pushed us to the front of the line since they knew we were out of town and stranded since the vehicle did not have a spare tire. "Great service ! " It was a pleasant experience, this was my first time dealing with BMW of Lynchburg. The fact that they had a loaner vehicle was the main reason I chose them. I live in Roanoke and the BMW dealership here did not offer that,and the customer service here was much better than Roanoke.
