"Outstanding Experience" In for annual inspection with minor maintenance. All was promptly and courteously performed at a reasonable price. There was no attempt to sell me additional unwanted and/or un-needed additional products or services.
"Excellent Service" Joe great to work with. Always so nice and lets me know whats going on. If I have questions he always has answers to my questions.
"First service appointment" Joe greeted me like we had known it other for years. He had already explained service details on the phone but we went to my car and he explained again what was going to happen and how long it would take. He asked if I had additional time for the complimentary carwash. Joe answered my questions and took the time to show me features of the vehicle that I was unaware of. I greatly appreciate the time and effort he took with me.
