"Always a very satisfactory experience!" I have leased BMW's from Autohaus and as a result have always had my cars serviced by them as well. Taking my cars in for service has always been a pleasant experience. The staff is always very courteous, extremely professional and welcoming. My service is always completed in the timeframe estimated and it is completed correctly! My BMW is always returned in neat and clean condition.

"Patti Kupfer is a first-class Service Advisor " I've been taking my car to Autohaus for service for the past several years. There are other BMW dealerships closer to me however it is worth the extra drive due to the service I've received. During this past visit a few things had to be ordered for my car and Patti called me almost every day to keep me informed. I feel she went above and beyond what I would've expected and it meant a lot. I would highly recommend Autohaus BMW.
